This video covers how to set up and organize your folders in Google Drive. Remember to use a personal Gmail account instead of your school one.

in this video we will go over how to create and organize your portfolio document on Google Drive when you have logged into your Gmail account you woke find your Google Drive the first folder that you will create over here on the left hand side under new folder will be the parent folder which you will name today ATC portfolio what's that one has been created he will open that up and you will create five new subfolders through the same process like on new older one will be named home next will be labeled leadership the next one will be labeled program competency next career readiness and the last one will be labeled college readiness once those folders have been created you will go up to the parentage ATC portfolio website you will select this little drop-down option you will go to share and you will make sure that under get link that it will show that anyone with the link will have permission to access these files and that it is if you were only when you are done click the done button and you have created your portfolio folder in your Google Drive
