This video will show you how to download, edit, and save your fillable PDF's.

in this video we will be going over how to work with a fillable PDF we will pull one from the portfolio website under the Jordan Tech website current students portfolio we will come to the leadership tab here you will see all the different requirements for the different leadership activities there are some of the activities that have a fillable PDF associated with them if they do have you will click on the link you will want to make sure that you download this document that you do not work on it from the web you will save it make sure that you label them according to the activity so this is the service learning once that has been downloaded access that file directly you can come to this little arrow over here go to show in folder you will open up this document once it has been downloaded make sure that you actually click on the file itself and that it launches into Adobe Acrobat or other PDF software make sure that it is not in a web browser the information will not be saved properly as you type in and fill in the information so you want to make sure that the document is launched through the acrobat just to test it out we will put I'm information right here you will click on the save button I will close this I will go back to where the fold will the fire up the file was saved open it again and make sure that the information that I typed in was saved if it has been saved you are using the fillable PDF correctly and make sure that you do click save were you close it to ensure that any information that you provide is saved in the document
